Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to swim, go jogging or play basketball because these exercises are good for burning a lot of calories and also help with weight loss. Other people like to stay healthy by eating chicken breast, fish meat and cabbage. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right. For example, I like to play volleyball, dance and play badminton. The reason I like to play volleyball is because doing these exercises makes me feel happy and helps relax my body, mind, and spirit. In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat chicken breast, fish meat and cabbage at least one time a week. Both types of meat are rich in protein, and cabbage helps with gastrointestinal motility. These three ingredients are not likely to cause unhealthy weight gain, so it’s important to consume them regularly each week for balanced nutrition. Every year in Taiwan, we have several different holidays. This year, from April 3rd through April 6th, we have our Spring Break holiday. During this holiday, my family typically go to south Taiwan for a trip, take some photos, and enjoy a lot of delicious food. Other people like to go to a trip, travel abroad, or go to the grave sweeping. This year, my plans are as follows.  On the first day of the spring holiday, I’m going to go to the Chimei Museum. I come to the Chimei Museum to take photos and stroll through the museum’s vast lawn, enjoying the beauty of nature. On the second day, I'm going to go to KHTOY Doll Factory. While I’m there, I plan to come to the doll factory mainly to play with the giant capsule machines, see my favorite dolls inside, and take some photos. I’m sure that there will be many useful technologies in the future. However, I think that the three most important technologies will be flying car, AI robot, and time machine. The reason I think flying car will be an important technology is because it can solve traffic congestion problems. Solving traffic congestion can reduce wasted time, and fewer vehicles on the road can also enhance pedestrian safety. For example, first, flying cars can improve urban transportation, reducing commuting time during rush hours while also enhancing pedestrian safety. Second, if flying cars are mass-produced, roads may no longer be necessary. At that time, most roads could be repurposed for other uses. Therefore, I think we should after the mass production of flying cars, it will be crucial to carefully plan how to reduce accidents in the air.
