Essay4 : Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to swim, go jogging or play basketball because these exercises are good for burning a lot of calories and also help with weight loss. Other people like to stay healthy by eating chicken breast, fish meat and cabbage. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.
For example, I like to play volleyball, dance and play badminton. The reason I like to play volleyball is because doing these exercises makes me feel happy and helps relax my body, mind, and spirit.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat chicken breast, fish meat and cabbage at least one time a week. Both types of meat are rich in protein, and cabbage helps with gastrointestinal motility. These three ingredients are not likely to cause unhealthy weight gain, so it’s important to consume them regularly each week for balanced nutrition.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much fried chicken, lollipop or cake. These foods are all high-calorie, and eating too much of them may lead to cardiovascular diseases.
In conclusion, to stay healthy, you should drink enough water every day, maintain a regular exercise routine, and get adequate sleep.
